Key Terms
Active
To be Active, you need to have at least 40 in Active Volume accumulated within the current week and the previous 5 weeks (rolling 6-week period).
Active Volume (AV)
The total Qualifying Volume from your personal purchases and your Customers’ purchases.
Annual Sales Volume (ASV)
Your total Sales Volume from the current 4-week period and previous 12 4-week periods (rolling 13 4-week periods).
Bonus Pool Volume (BPV)
The total Sales Volume submitted within your first 52 full weeks (enrollment week plus the following 52 weeks).
Career Title (Influencer Career Path)
Your Career Title is the highest title you’ve achieved since becoming an Influencer. Influencer titles are calculated in real-time. There is no requalification required for Influencer Titles.
Career Title (Star Leadership)
Your Star Leadership Career Title is your Star Leadership recognition title. It changes when you achieve a higher Star Leadership title or when the requalification requirements are not met.
To requalify for your Star Leadership Career Title, you need to be paid at that title at least once every 13 4-week periods. If you do not requalify for your title, then it will be set to the Star Leadership title you are paid as in that 13th period. If you were not paid as a 1 Star or higher in that period, then the Career Title will be removed.
Code
A Customer or Influencer’s “code” contains a set of IDs and percentages that determine who may earn the Coded Bonus on their purchases. When your personally enrolled Customer or Influencer makes their first product purchase or enrolls another customer or Influencer (whichever comes first), then your “code” will be passed to them. The code that is passed to them will be identical to the code you originally received but with your ID inserted based on your title at the time your code is being passed.
Commissionable Volume (CV)
CV is the volume on which bonuses are paid.
Downline
All of the Influencers and Customers below you in your genealogy are part of your downline.
Enroller (Personal Enroller)
You are the Enroller of the Influencers and Customers that you introduce to the company. You may also become the Enroller of Influencers or Customers whose original Enroller is no longer an Influencer. When an Influencer is canceled, their Customers and Influencers are compressed to the next upline Enroller.
Fast Start Period
Your Fast Start Period includes your enrollment week and the following 16 weeks.
Genealogy
Your genealogy includes all the Customers and Influencers for whom you are the Enroller, all the Customers and Influencers for whom they are the Enroller, and so on.
Generation
A first Generation begins with the Customers and Influencers enrolled by the first Generational Influencer in a leg, and the second generation starts with the Customers and Influencers enrolled by the next Generational Influencer below the first, and so on.
Generational Influencer
A Generational Influencer is someone that meets the following criteria by the end of the 4-week period:
- Influencer: 50K or higher title
- Group Volume of at least 1,000
- Annual Sales Volume of at least 5,000
- Be Active on the last day of the 4-week period
Generational Influencer Leg
A leg with at least one Generational Influencer, anywhere in the leg.
Group Volume (GV)
Your Group Volume is the sum of the QV from purchases made by the Customers and Influencers below you, down to and including the next Generational Influencer (but not their Customers or Influencers), during a 4-week period. Your personal purchases are not included.
Leg
A leg starts with a personally enrolled Influencer and includes all the Influencers and Customers below them.
Lifetime Sales Volume (LSV)
The total Qualifying Volume from your enrolled Customers and Influencers, accumulated from when you enrolled. Your personal purchases are not included.
Organizational Volume (OV)
The total Qualifying Volume from your enrolled Customers and Influencers and all the Customers and Influencers below them, regardless of title, accumulated in the 4-week period. Your personal purchases are not included.
Paid-as Title
The title you are paid as for the period. Your Influencer Paid-as Title is equal to your Influencer Career Title. Your Star Leadership Paid-as Title is based on your qualifications in each 4-week period.
Period
There are two types of periods used: the 4-week period and Weekly period.
Period (4-week)
The Star Leadership Program and some certain Influencer bonuses are based on a 4-week period. There are 13 4-week periods per year. The start and end dates of each 4-week period are based on the Pacific Time Zone and are defined by the company.
The Star Leadership Bonus, Super Influencer Pool, License Renewal Bonus, and Launch Bonus Pool are paid based on the 4-week period.
Period (Weekly)
The Weekly period begins on 00:00:00 on Monday and ends Sunday at 23:59:59 Pacific Time Zone.
The Coded Bonus and Influencer Fast Start Bonuses are paid based on the Weekly period.
Personally Enrolled
The Customers and Influencers for whom you are the Enroller are personally enrolled by you. Likewise, you are personally enrolled by your Enroller. This is the case even if the Enroller is changed due to cancellations or terminations. See also Enroller.
Qualifying Volume (QV)
Qualifying Volume is the volume assigned to a product for qualification purposes. For example, Sales Volume is based on Qualifying Volume. Most items have both a Qualifying Volume and Commissionable Volume.
Sales Volume (SV)
The total Qualifying Volume from purchases made by your personally enrolled Customers and Influencers. Your personal purchases are not included.
