What is the Star Leadership Program?
We have an additional Influencer compensation program called the Star Leadership Program. It’s available to Active Influencers who have reached the Influencer: 50K or higher Career Title.
Your Star Leadership Title is based on your personal and team achievements each 4-week period.

Leg
A leg starts with a personally enrolled Influencer and includes all the Influencers and Customers below them.
Generational Influencer
An Influencer that meets the following criteria by the end of the 4-week period:
- Be Active
- Title of Influencer: 50K or higher
- Group Volume of 1,000 or more
- Annual Sales Volume of 5,000 or more
Generational Influencer Leg
A leg with at least one Generational Influencer anywhere in the leg.
